The Waterlow Risk Assessment is a widely used, validated, semi-quantitative tool in healthcare to identify patients at risk of developing pressure ulcers.

Sevak uses this same assessment method digitally, to calculate risk towards pressure ulcer for a patient based on which the repositioning sequence and frequency is calculated
